How does advance payment work?
Orders are paid securely through Easypaisa or JazzCash before dispatch. This allows us to confirm each order promptly and keep our pricing straightforward.
How do I pay with Easypaisa or JazzCash?
When you order, you will see our Easypaisa or JazzCash number and the full amount. Send the money from your app. Then upload your payment screenshot in the order form, or write the payment number (TRX ID). We check it, then we send your parcel. You can see your order in “My Orders”.
How can I check my order?
Open “My Orders”. Write your order number and your mobile number. You will see your order status: Confirmed, Packed, On the way, Out for delivery, Delivered. No login is needed for this.
How long does delivery take?
We send your order on the same day after we check your payment. The parcel then takes some days to reach your city. You can see the status and tracking number in “My Orders”.
What if my product is broken?
You have a 7 days check guarantee. Send us a photo or video on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery. We will send a new one or give your money back.
What if you cannot check my payment?
We will message you on WhatsApp and check your payment number again. If we do not find your payment, we do not send the order. We send your order only when your payment is OK.
